Christ, went to talk to the guy today to arrange collection of some cabs tomorrow and enquired about the machines on the ground floor unit (the newer and bigger machines, like driving/shooting etc), to see how much he wanted for the Star Wars Trilogy (upright cab) and he said I could take that too ... everything must go
I'm thinking of renting out a storage unit and taking everything I can and selling them (the ones I don't want myself), I'm not working at the moment, so it would be a nice earner.
Next time you go back the guy's going to be like "now, if only I could get someone to date my 3 supermodel daughters."
No such luck with the model daughters!! Think my luck's actually run out.
Here are 2 of the cabs I got today (my backs aching after hauling them about the place), and when I finally turned them on the Monitor in the NBA game won't work (screen just looks like it's off) while the Last Bronx cab's monitor looks like you're watching just a loada horizintal white lines. Knew there'd be a catch![]()
I know this probably sounds a bit stupid, but you can actually tell what's wrong with a montior just by looking at a photo of the back of it?
I kind of got disheartened when I turned both cabs on and there was something wrong with both of them. If I can get this problem resolved it will put a spring back into my step and I'll be more up to the task of going back to that basement and hauling more heavy cabs up 2 flights of stairs!!!![]()
