Need a hand with connecting power to a Time Pilot monitor
Hey guys, I recently bought a Time Pilot cabinet that has no monitor in it, so I'm going to plop in a spare one that I have. My monitor has the standard green/white/black wire colors on its connector but the cabinet monitor connector is purple/brown/blue. The connectors don't match either so I have to change that, but in the meantime I want to be sure I'm connecting the correct wires together.
I attached two pics, first shows the cabinet connector that I believe should power the monitor. I traced those wires back and they lead to the isolation transformer which is the second pic. Purple goes to purple, blue to blue, but the brown on the connector ends up as the green on the isolation transformer.
So when connecting my monitor am I correct in assuming that the wires should be hooked up as follows:
Monitor green to cabinet brown
Monitor black to cabinet purple
Monitor white to cabinet blue
Does that sound right? There's no info on the isolation transformer as to what does what, so I want to be sure I won't blow the monitor once I hook it all up.
