Need 10 Pin Adjustment Cable for WG 25" Monitor

I was helping a friend last night with some monitor adjustments on a WG 25" Monitor in an Arctic Thunder cabinet. It was pretty clear that the red gun was a little too bright as the red colors are bleeding all over the place.

No problem ... so I go to the back of the machine and some nimrod has removed the 10 pin monitor adjustment cable. I found the area on the small board attached to the chassis where the adjustment cable and pots SHOULD HAVE BEEN, but it is missing.

I tried to go in and play with the colors via the menu system, but it only allowed me to adjust the color gain and did not accomplish the desired result.

Does anyone know where I can find or purchase another of these 10 pin connector cables with the monitor color pots attached? Or, is there another way to adjust the colors without this cable? I didn't see the RGB color pots anywhere else on the monitor.

Thanks in advance.

What the hell monitor is in it? As far as I know, none of the WG monitors (except for some of the new OSD models) will give you a picture at all if the remote isn't plugged in.

If you have one of the new OSD models, then you'll need to probably access the Factory Menu and adjust color gains there before doing so in the normal menu...

Hey Steve.

If it's an analog monitor, most of them I've seen have the individual color (R, G, B) gain/drive pots on the neck board, rather than the remote board.
