I remember playing tons of Blades of Steel on the NES back in the day, but I never remembered there being a dedicated upright. This looks like a total one-off design as I don't remember that cabinet used for anything else (though please correct me if I'm wrong). I love the dual track balls!!

Is there any love for this game? I don't think I've seen one mention of it here in my years on this forum. What do you think the value of something like this is?

That's awesome, I loved the NES version. Interesting control scheme with the track ball!

Blades of Steel is the shit. I bought one of those out of the Space Port in Hunt Valley Mall BITD. It looks similar to a Main Event cab or Dark Adventure, but it is slightly different.

Best fight sequence in any arcade hockey game, hands down.

Oh my God! How rare is this game in this form? The child in me just got really excited. I didn't know there was an arcade version of this. Instantly on my want list.

This is one one our local 7-11 had. It plays great with the trackball.

The op later converted it to Boot Camp.

Ah, Boot Camp! That had a similar cab as well.

I remember the demo mode on that. "Congratulations on your graduation!" Is this a game about high school?

that's a great pickup preston. I don't recall ever seeing an arcade of it ever

Ah, I wish I owned it. The pic is from a scouting trip I made, but I don't own it...YET!!! I hope to pick this bad boy up in the next couple of weeks. If I can snag it I'll take much better pictures.
