Hey all,

Picked up an NBA Jame TE at warehouse sale today... I went to throw it in my konami cab to make sure it was working even though it was indicated it was...

Board LED light 1 comes on.. LED light 2 is off.. no picture though... just black screen. I have read a bunch of threads where people dropped a board in their cab... any ideas? Dip switch setting? I should at least be able to see the game boot up correct?

Anyone know the dip switch setting for test mode? Thanks in advance for the help!

Will it work without the sound board attached?

it will work without the sound board hooked up but i'm wondering if the -5 is missing from that konami cab and causing it not to fully boot (tho -5 normally has to do with the sound section it can cause issues with booting) also make sure your power supply is outputting 5.1v from the 5v line (which really you should meter at the chips)

Thanks for the advice! I will check it all out make sure 5.1v is getting pushed out and will report back... Im assuming the 5.1v will be ok for my other konami games correct?

Hopefully the voltage isnt too high and I didnt damage anything!

5.10-5.13v is what your aiming for and it will be 100% ok for your other games.

Got the voltage correct and still nothing.. threw it in my lethal enforcers and comes right up no errors (although it was scrolling)

Pretty sure its my jamma edge connector as I have 1 other game that acts weird if moved around... know where to get a quality one? Do I have to buy the whole thing?
