NBA JAM stupid question

So I have a dedicated nba jam that I am trying to pull the monitor out of. There are 4 brackets that are bolted to the cabinet. Then 4 bolts coming off of the brackets that the monitor frame sits on. Figured that take off the 4 nuts and should be able to pull it. Nope won't move at all. Don't see anything else that is bolted to it. Help!?!?!?

you are correct, remove 4 nuts and pull up and towards the control panel/front.

What could be making it stuck?

it weighs about 20-30 lbs and is at a funky angle.

I don't have a pic of the 4 mounting studs that you remove the nuts from unfortunately.

Right on. I will get a buddy to come over and help lift it. I got the nuts off but seems as it's wedged on the bolts.

I just took mine out a couple weeks ago, it defiantly has to come out of the front of the game and it is kind of heavy, there was four bolts on each corner of the monitor that where connected to the brackets I took them out and then the monitor could pull out from the brackets, you kinda had to pick up and pull a little bit
