My original monitor is long gone but I swapped out what I thought was a 25" kortek. After getting just a thin white/yellowish horizontal line, I thought the vertical deflection was bad. Sent out the chassis for repair, hooked it back up and I'm getting the same damn line.

I tested the game with a working 19" and sure enough, I get picture. I was told it could be a mismatched yoke vs chassis and impedance is the problem.

I have another 25" with a wg4900 chassis in it.... I didn't think you could run 19" chassis on a 25" tube but after having that chassis rebuilt, the picture comes up but the sync is the next issue.

Does anyone know if NBA JAM TE is a neg or pos sync game? The original monitor had an extended monitor cable which broke out the white wire to a separate molex. I've tried using the video with the white wire as the last in the series of 6 pins, also tried connecting it loosely to H and then V on the smaller 3 pin connector on the chassis. When I did that, I got half the picture to show up, but the top portion showed funky lines, again....looks like a sync issue. I know the board is good...

Is it possible I have to loop the sync going from the 6 pin to the 3 pin to get a full solid picture?
