I always call 1-800-959-8880 ext. 2. Always worked great for me.

This was the newest information that I found while searching. Thanks for the extra number. I found the information above from a thread this year, everything else was much older. I hope they make this a sticky as this is very important info for shipping arcades.

Yes. Agreed. I think the number I listed is the toll free number to the same person for who's direct number you listed because I have dealt with Michelle many times when dialing the number I posted.

If is funny how NAVL is always switching numbers to move the arcades. None of the numbers about are not correct anymore. I end up calling NAVL number I from their site today. They transfered me and gave me number from a different company that handles the arcade moves.
The number that they gave me and I got a moving quote from is 215-723-5515 ext 244

Everytime I called they always transferred me and the people were never at their desk (voicemail message would come on) so I just ended up emailing Michelle and she set up my shipping within 3 days.

Also, her email is: [email protected]

How many miles and what price r u paying? The number I listed quoted me $634.50 to shipped an arcade 1500 miles. That is more than I paid for the game. I will be happy to pay under $400.

I payed (well, I will lol. My machine is supposed to arrive tomorrow or Friday) $404.10 for 850 miles (estimated on Map Quest - not included stops they have to make). That is from Albuquerque, NM to Victoria, TX.

I called that 1800959880 number today and they also gave me a quote $404.10 also for 1500 miles.

The most I have EVER paid was $420. I have shipped probably 20 machines or so over the years and NEVER paid more that $420. Usual price is $350-$400. Just tell them it's an arcade machine like Ms. Pac Man. Don't volunteer any unnecessary info about it.

That is the one very minor flaw to NAVL. I could have a game shipped from Victoria to Houston (~ 100 miles) and it would still cost the same (I know people who have used them for short distance stuff). The stuff that really makes an impact is services required (if you can convince the seller to drop off at NAVL and then pick up at a local terminal you can usually get under $200).

Yeah, they claim that the price is based on mileage, but it seems that it's more of a flat rate charge. I've had machines shipped from CA to KS for around the same price as from TX to KS.

To an extent it is mileage, but I think they do it by 'zones'. When looking for my EDOT, I was quoted $540.38 from St. Louis, MO to So. CA. Didn't win that one. Then two came up, one in IL and one in MD. I was quoted $520 for the IL one and $590 for the MD. I bought the one from IL, and when it got here they told me it was $540.38 (the same price as the quote from St. Louis a year earlier). It did arrive OK, despite them nearly tipping it over when getting it off the liftgate even w/ 3 guys wrangling it. I think that took a couple years off my life.

Well, it didn't arrive today due to the holidays yet the tracking was updated the day after christmas so they have been working since. I emailed Michelle and she told me it will be here on the 2nd. I then look at the tracking and it says the 4th. This is rediculous.

I'm looking to get a game shipped from Dekalb, IL to Los Angeles. Anyone wanna go in with me and split the 2 for 1 rate?

Thanks

Just called the 8880 # and extension 2 was invalid. I spoke with someone else who said Michelle hasn't been there for a while. She was able to give me a quote for 2 games from Mass to Alabama -- $547 (plus additional fees for taking the games up stairs).

Anyone have updated info for Michelle? Or other options?

Update: based on what I'm seeing in some ebay auctions, I called NAVL at 877-432-COIN. Spoke with Judy and she was very helpful. Quoted me nearly $200 less ($464 which includes the fee for stairs). She said they use corner protectors and blanket wrap, etc., so hopefully they will arrive in good shape...
