Anyone have an idea what this is worth? I took it out of a Converted MKII cab.

So the Jamma I/O runs over $100 (for that particular kind). The motherboard runs around $75+- plus the price of a cart. I DO have an extra I/O if you need one (tested/working).

The cart alone in the picture goes for $200-$250.

So long as everything is working, and I would clean it up too if you want any real interest as it looks filthy, you could get $400-$450 for it all easy.
 
Just don't run the +5v at anything higher than 5.1 on those NAOMI systems.

At 5.2v the carts start to fry and that expensive cart will need all the buffer chips on it replaced.
