Just posting this to help anyone who may have this issue in the future. I bought a complete but "untested" Nanao MS8-26U chassis off eBay as I have one of these monitors in my The House of the Dead machine.

When I hooked it up to my tube it fired right up but I couldn't get any kind of video signal from my TPG or THOTD PCB. After some quick research I found that reflowing Q572 is a common fail point for this issue. Reflowing it made no change.

After inspecting the chassis for any iffy looking components I found R570 (located right next to the flyback) looking pretty crusty. Reading it with my multimeter it was 300k ohm, but on my working chassis it reads 4.7 ohm. Swapped in the correct valued resistor and it now works! Picture looks great but definitely needs to be capped.
