Hi, I am repairing an MC-2000 that had vertical (or horizontal - can't remember at the moment!) collapse. I capped it to fix that, and now I have a full screen.
Problem is, I have no video! If you've hooked up a monitor with no video signal, you know what you get, it's like a greyish screen with lines (as if the fly were turned up too much).
I suspect it was like this before I capped it to fix the collapse.
Anyway, I resoldered the headers, just ot be sure and have tried this monitor in two different cabs (with 100v xformers!).
Any ideas on other things I can check??
Thanks in advance!
