This came out of a Tokyo Wars dual machine. The other monitor works and is a different model. Quick looking it looks like a K7000 model.

This one pictured is not a K7000. What is it? I think it is a Wells something. Does it require an isolation transformer? Cause there wasn't one connected to this monitor, but there was on the other one.

U5000 ?? I don't think it is a K7500.

Pretty sure they are 27" monitors as the manual says the originals were a 28" Polo.

Chassis is a P717, Neckboard is a P719, Remote board is a P718 - if that helps.

Yep 27" U2000. I've seen them in Tokyo Wars myself, and no, it does not need an isolation transformer, although the K7000 would...

Weird, I was doing the cap kit and the difference caps had the values of the K7400/K7500 installed instead of what was listed for the U2000.

C117 was 22uf 63v- installed a 10uf 50v
C616 was 2200uf 35v- installed a 1000uf 50v
c712 was 1000uf 16v- installed a 220uf 16v
C729 was 10uf 50v NP- installed a 220uf 50v

I replaced the caps with the ones listed for the U2000 because there is no control board and no C126/ C127 which takes away a K7400/K7500. Previous person who did the last cap kit must've did the wrong kit?? There is a sticker attached that says warranty expires in 2002.

Reinstalled chassis and still dead. No ticking or anything. So will still have to troubleshoot.
