Namco Collections Vol 1. Monitor issue - Scrambled image?

Bought this used and it has worked fine, with low usage. We moved it into storage and then back out, when plugging it in and setting it up. the sounds is perfectly find, i can hear the game sounds, but the image is all scrambled like vertical lines.

I'm typically fairly technically inclined, but have never really repaired an arcade cabinet to any degree. Was hoping I could get some suggestions... I will include pictures and I took a short video as well (i'll see if I can get them added to my post here)..

The Game is Namco Collections Vol 1. with Galaga, Xevious and Mappy.

The monitor instead looks to be a G07-CB0.

The only thing I could visually notice that for sure looked wrong was a solder point on the Namco ND-1 board... I'll include a picture of that as well. (pic #4 of 5) where it shows C19 solder point there, then it goes to what looks like C23 maybe? the solder point is disconnected there..

Here is a video of the "issue" :

Not sure if links are allowed here so i'll break it up:

Adjust you H-Freq/H-Hold trim pot, at the back of the monitor PCB. Use a plastic flathead to do it. It's not uncommon for them to slip a little, while being bumped around moving. That's just an easy adjustment, nothing major.

I will try that thanks Sterling ... do you know what the broken solder point is in my 4th image there on the game board itself? and what that is for, and what could mess up being off?

Are you talking about the little disc capacitor soldered to the chip's legs? I guess I'm not following your question regarding that, too early in the morning for me :)

I put a little arrow to the issue where the solder has broken... what is this even doing on the game board ?

its probably a factory modification.

BTW: if you pots have trouble adjusting i stock the new pot kits for the G07 if you need.
