Just got a copy of Namco Classics Collection v.1 and I can't find a way to flip the screen. Downloaded the manual, and looked through the on board menu's. Am I just missing it or does it really not have a screen flip setting. If so, I think it may be the first vertical game that doesn't have a screen flip option. I could kind of understand if it was a horizontal, but even most of the horizontal jamma games I have seen have a flip screen option. And in a Dynamo HS-5, a 25" K7000 will only fit in one way.I may be able to disassemble the monitor frame and rotate it 180 degrees, but I have a felling some of the connectors won't be long enough then. I just seems stupid that a vertical game isn't switchable.

pretty sure you can swap the wiring that connects to the yoke to flip the image the way you want it to represent. I know there is a description on Bob Roberts page. I've done it a few years ago to a game but don't recall the exact detail off hand. If done wrong it can damage your yoke I believe. So read the directions carefully and double check before you power up.

Japanese vertical boards are typically 180 degrees out of phase with the orientation for US monitor cabinet mounting. SOME Japanese boards simply do NOT offer a "screen flip" option. This makes it difficult to mix such boards in a multi-Jamma or cabinet setup where you like to switch boards out frequently. I have run into this problem myself, and it is frustrating. Because of this, many collectors use candy cabs for their Japanese vertical boards, as the orientation will be correct...
