Mystery line on freshly capped GO7

I appreciate all the responses and advice. So i degaussed 3 more times for good measure, played with the width coil and dialed all five neck board pots all the way down and here is what i got.
I will also note that this screen takes a very long time to appear and even comes in gradually, like 3 minutes total.
I know the picture isn't the greatest as some things are moving.

Edit: I do not have another game pcb or chassis to try at this time.

It actually looks worse than it really is in the picture.

Installed a different chassis today, got the same results. I guess it's down to either this Galleg board or the dreaded convergence issue.
 
BK 467 used to clean and balance, rejuvenate the blue. Results are outstanding. You could barely see the screen during the day previously, and the line is no more. 🍻
