told me there was nothing they could do because it was in the middle of investigation. im fucking pissed. even the supervisor said the same. fuck xbox. I been a user since the original live and this is bullshit

This is absolute bullshit indeed, they didn't tell me any way to get the fake charges reversed so I took up with the CC company and got that back but lost the points that were already in my account. What do I get for telling Microsoft this happened? They ban me for a month. Oh yeah, let your system get hacked and your customer's credit cards get hundreds in false charges, the obvious next best step is to make it so they can't use the online system they're PAYING FOR at ALL until you come up with a better idea.

I've had it with Microsoft. At least when Sony was hacked they gave away free stuff to make up for the downtime on their FREE online network. Microsoft instead bans us from their own online network we PAY for because they're 'investigating?'" Next gen I'm going with Sony, I've had it.

Im so pissed I flipped out on the guy. All this over less than 20$ in points. If I don't get ridiculously reimbursed im gonna flip again. Im about tosay submit a story to a big online place with the title "how I got banned from xbox live" I bet it would get published

Everyone I know who has owned any kind of microsoft console has gotten the RROD at least once,usually multiple times. My brother has gotten it 3 times. Twice with the XBox and once with the 360. They make the most unreliable consoles ever.

Well to be fair Ive had 2 PS3s breakdown , 3 PS2, and 2 PSX. I wouldn't say the competition makes much better hardware. Funny thing is my PS3 is played way less than my 360 and it still broke within a year.

My launch PSX is still running fine, though sometimes must be placed on its side or upside down My launch PS2 is still going strong - never had any issues with it. My PS3 is a slim model that doesn't get much play compared to the 360, but it's fine as well. My 360 is an Elite and has an external cooler with its own power supply and I've never had a problem. That cooler makes it twice as loud, but I figure it's worth it to not get a RROD.
