so i thought i would start a new thread now that the open house is over. here are the photos of the games i picked up. first two photos show my trailer loaded up and almost ready to go. again i want to say thanks to Edward, Brent, Grant, Tony, and Gabe ( im sorry if i have your name wrong if so hes the 9th grade teacher) i have a bad back and these guys helped me load and strap my games down and cover them.

the third photo is one of the three golden tees i picked up for $150 each all three working with great looking monitors.

next photo is a tri sports in a dig dug cab i was able to grab a dig dug bezel in perfect shape. this game fired right up with a good monitor. its covered with a wood grain laminate. im hoping to pull that off i could see the dig dug art where a piece broke off if i can get the glue off i will keep the dig dug cab so wish me luck on that one

last photo shows the monitor on one of the golden tees

the capcom bowling game is in a centipede cab with the same wood grain laminate covering the sides but just like the dig dug its coming off so heres hoping it comes off and the side art can be saved. again fired right up great looking monitor

you can see the golden tee 98 it fired right up monitor looks great. you cant tell but this one has nba high time or nba jams on the sides the side art is near perfect so not sure what im going to do with this one for now stacy wants to keep it a golden tee so it will stay a gt for a while.

yes thats pac man cab in the background covered in the same wood grain i dont thin i can save this one im pretty sure the side art is gone. there is one spot that i chunk broke off and i dont see any yellow just bare wood. this one fired right up the monitor looked a little dim but i did not make any adjustments to the monitor. this one holds a horseshoes game

the last cab it a tatio cab with capcom bowling the game plays blind no next glow.

so 7 games bought as is no testing. 7 complete games 6 working 1 with a dead monitor not a bad days worth of shopping.

it was a fun trip great to meet some many good people. let me know the next time you are going to do this i will bring a bigger trailer

Stingray2309, it was great to meet you and I'm glad you had a good time her in Louisville.
BTW, I got my Tempest back up last night...I'm blaming Grant!! :D

Thanks for letting me know how things worked out. I have been getting a lot of the same feedback. The vast majority of the games seem to have fired up, for the most part, and a few were playing blind. I actually carted a CPS2 based X-men home for a friend that came to the sale but did not have a truck in time. I fired it up for him and it played! It did have a couple of dead buttons I went on and fixed for him, in about 10 min, since it was sitting in my garage.

ah ya we know we gotta bust your balls :)

Good score...lots of work to do!

Oh I know it and I'm good with it. English is my first and only language and I still screws it up lol I have always been a bad speller. If you think my spelling and grammar are bad you should see my handwriting. My 5yr old daughter has better hand writing. I can laugh at my mistakes feel free to point them out. I have thick skin

Really? I don't see how it was my fault! If you ceiling was higher and I didn't have to duct to play Tempest it would have never happened :p.

Seriously I'm glad you get the Tempest fixed! What didi you have to fix on it?The weird thing is that is the second Tempest cabinet that I've played, and then it stopped working . . . I don't think I'm going to be getting a Tempest anytime soon.

My X-Men fired right up, but the monitor is doing some weird stuff, don't know if it just needs to be adjusted with the 7 knobs I can see on the chassis or if it needs a cap kit.

The Touchdown pinball machine fired right up and works relatively well. I need to replace the flippers (they look broken), a TON of light bulbs, and figure out why the scoring isn't working . . .

Anyone know where I can buy a lock picket set? Apparently there is a lock on the top of the pinball score board that I need to get into and its locked . . .

-Disjaukifa aka the breaker of Tempest cabs apparently.
