My Tron LE page is up

Mike,

Great job! I love the look and feel of the page!

I think you could enhance your page even more by adding some video of game play and/or modes.

Hi Mike, checked out your webpage, looks great! Keep up the good work.

You might want to add some ink for the uber-kewl Tron Arcade game screen mod that was done a while back for some additional content.

Tron LE Page

Love the page...it will be a great resourse, thanks for taking the time to put it together.

I just unboxed mine... it is LE #21 and I got it NIB. First plays today and its awesome.

Quick question: Mine has Gary Stern's & John Borg's signitures on the playfield but I look at other LE's and there is no signiture. Was it only on the first couple? Nice bonus I guess.

Also for a guy new to pinballs what should I do to protect this game (what is the "must" do) ? I hear a lot about plastic protectors and such...witch ones are recommended?

Thanks,
Brian

Thanks for the comments guys!

Hey Brian,

Cliffy makes a majority of the protectors for the game including ramp protectors. I just picked up a full set of his Tron protectors. I wouldn't want to have to spend the extra buck to replace a ramp and pull the fiber optic out of it.

Mantis does the inner scoop hole protector that people usually put on pins without any damage. Cliffy's covers the top of the scoop a bit to hide any wear. I use the Mantis one on my Tron since there's no wear. That's just about it.

very nice! Do you have the shaker? I am on the fence about getting one because I heard it doesn't shake when you hit the recognizer

Looks great, good job!

One thing I would to to a machine like that is take off all the zip ties holding the LED wire on the ramps and replace all with fishing string. It's thin, clear, strong, and not as noticeable. Just MO...
