My Situation with Blowback

it must be a really boring day around here.

maybe I'm just in a bad mood, but to me this is just a case of some dude crying because he didn't get what he wanted, calling the waaaambulance.

no money was lost to a real dirtbag like davez, and you were not left hanging for months or years without any contact. he didn't send you used parts that were supposed to be NOS.

deals fall through all the time, if that is the way people are going to act then we should start lynching all the buyers that fail to follow through with a deal also.

sure the situation could have been handled differently, but in the end, it is his part to sell to whomever he wants to.

Once money has changed hands the deal is done and has not fallen through.
If they agreed on a price and then it was sold to another,before payment is made,then that is a different story all together.
As for the other situation of holding something for a buyer,I would ask for a deposit to hold it.
If the seller backs out at least you get something.

Normally, i try to stay out of these kind of exchanges. But, it seems to me a deal was agreed to, but between the time that you responded to his pm and he recieved it someone else said i'll give you more for it and immeadetely sent you pp for it, even though you'd already agreed to a deal with someone else.
I agree money talks and BS walks, but holding to what you agreed to until he had a chance to read the pm and send the PP is the right thing to do, anything less is at best running an auction, and at worst being the douche everyone's accused you of being.

So a guy makes one petty mistake (that did not even leave the "victim" out any money) and you've gotta start insulting an entire country on top of the countless personal attacks in this thread regarding his chosen screen name??? ...And within an hour the guy's been run out of town by the klov lynch mob because the OP called the Waaambulance in the main forum instead of the one that was specifically designed to deal with situations like these?

I belong to a lot of videogame forums and man, the drama level at klov is above and beyond what I or anyone would ever expect from a membership comprised almost entirely of grown men in their late thirties and early forties...

Now I'm not condoning what he did, but man, you guys are harsh.

Wow... This BlowJack or whatever his name is, is the Lebron James of KLOV. Dirty SOB is hated by millions, and DESERVEDLY so. I wonder if Blowsack tried to get time on ESPN to announce his betrayal as well??
