Thanks for the kind words. Now grow some balls, tell me to get fucked and get over it. AT least you got your money back.

Maybe the mods can move this to the negative feedback form since that's why that form was created for.

"That for the post you sack of shit. You could've been more reasonable about and used your money and bought another one. And now you dragging this into the forms, there is a feedback form if you really feel the need to make this worse.

Instead of letting it go, you're being a complete douchebag about it. Let it go and either get over it or slit your wrists."

Product was not paid for at the time. Someone else came through with payment, and the refund was issued shortly after payment was received.

So I've obviously pissed off tons of people I don't know or have never talk to. I do apologize for being a douche, but the damage is done and the product is gone. There's nothing more I can say or do to correct it.

his affect is all wrong
love putting people like this on my "bad trader list"
thanks for info dave

I hope the negative press you are getting for doing what you did was worth the extra money you got.

Because in the long run, you fucked yourself over real good.

Just another example of someone who failed to see the long term consequences of their decision.

The way I see it, that money will be long gone by the time anyone around here forgets about this.

Urbandictionary.com has a few interesting definitions for the term "blowback."

- when you're squeezing out a fudge dragon and the splashing water hits your fart box.

- Cigarettes in exchange for oral sex

- when semen is swilled in the mouth of the recipient, then passed back to the producer of the semen, via oral exchange.

- The end result of gassy crap on the back of a toilet bowl.

The best one, I think:

- When your cumshot hits your own face.

Win of the week.

This is what you don't get. If you agree to do business via a delayed payment arrangement (like the mail) and communicate to a buyer that a deal is done, hands have been shaken and the item is sold. At that point any failure to deliver is a breach. Whether you give their money back or not, it's WRONG. And in most states, the buyer could sue you and make you deliver even if you had to buy one at 10x what they paid you..

If the product was already paid for, it was sold. You resold property that belonged to someone else.

What he did is the equivalent of selling a machine, helping the buyer load it, and then taking it out of his truck at a redlight down the street because someone walked up after with a better offer.

EDIT: Please continue reading. More information is made available, and I change my position later in this thread. This post has been left unedited to maintain the flow of discussion.

So, I guess we should all react the same way when someone asks you to hold it for a week or two when they'll have the money, so you pass on other offers to purchase the same item because you agreed to a deal with that person, and then three weeks later when you contact them to see if they have the money yet, they say, "Sorry, I found one already for less money."? Guess how many times that has happened to me?

I'm not excusing anyone's behavior, but both dealings I have had with BB have been satisfactory...
