So I had this Roadblasters (currently Indiana Jones) that has a decent cabinet, but no sideart.

Then a member posts NOS System 1 sideart. Woohoo!!! We negotiate a price and it gets delivered. I put one side on this morning.

The good:
1) I think it maches the machine look amazingly better.
2) Install was actually better than I expected.

The bad:

1) Some wrinkles in the art (I knew this before I bought it, seller disclosed this)
2) Probably could have brought it down 1/4" more
2) This is NOS art, NOT repro. After 25 years, the glue, especially around the edges, is not so great. (something else the seller mentioned as well). I will need to correct that, especially at the bottom and where it bumps out for the control panel, but that's not a big problem.

Pics? Well, I'm not one for photos........Yeah, RIGHT!!

The bottom looks really bad in this picture. It just needs some adhesive. The bubbling is because of non-adhesion.

Very nice Chris to see a fellow Indy fan! I have yet to put sideart on mine since my vinyl is starting to peal on mine by the t-molding....

Yeah, the sides on this one were actually pretty nice, so I did not need (or want to) do anything to them.

Once I get some 3M spray aadhesive they should look really nice. I hope so anyway :)

I saw that posted for sale and I certainly thought about it for my Indy:

But it's wedged in my lineup and don't know if it's worth the $150.

Ive got very good vinyl applied, but I can see through the vinyl where there are some imperfections, so rather than open up a whole can of worms, I just kind of let it go. Word to the wise, be very careful trying to use 3M adhesive with that. I had a problem with vinyl adhering on my 720 restore and tried using that...I think I used the 77 stuff. In any case, it can be a little clumpy and you'll have to be very careful lifting what you've applied already, because it will be easy to stretch the vinyl which will then not go down well. Do a couple of trial runs on other material to see how sticky it is and how it might clump. Best of luck!

Still looks really great!

Just fix those bubbles, as you know of and it will look fantastic.

Thank you for the information. I will be sure to try that.

This was less than $150, and I see now that the information on the website for PhoenixArcade has the reproductions at $110. Just saying. This one is at the end of the row, so I wanted to do SOMETHING with it :)

I appreciate your input and advice!

Did the other side. This went much better, with the art being much stickier, Again not lined up 100% but it's not a showpiece. Note the blue painters tape on the one area that was less sticky, LOL.
