yeah, i am guessing i can make a midway cab with a 3rd CP on it. I make the mspac cocktail with 9" control panels on it. Price depends on if it's birch ply or black melamine.

no, i haven't. BUT! there is a klov member on here from AZ that will be making cabinets from my designs very soon, he's getting everything in order before announcing it. He'll be able to help you out, and he's a ton closer than i am!
