So, I have this hooked up to the same line that has my sump pump. Here's why I tell you this. I was playing, and as soon as the pump came on.... no monitor picture. All gone. Game was still running great, sound controls, marquee light.... no monitor.

This is the same machine that I said "man, when I use a pinball machine in the same room, every time you use a flipper, you see the monitor glow and transform with every hit. Looks like whatever it was that was happening finally gave up. So, my question is, what just happened?

Single Monitor or Dual Monitor? Are you sure it is just the monitor, do you still get sound?

Sorry for the delay, but it turns out that my monitor is fine. Not sure what happend here.... so, my question is, what happened? Power safety feature, I guess? That's never happened before and hasn't happened since. Thank god.

Definitely time to run an alternate power supply line to your machine. Use that in combination with a surge suppressors (like the ones you would use on a computer).
That should help prevent the problem.
