I am finishing my basement. I took all my games and placed them into an unfinished room and sealed it off. After all the drywalling was completed, I opened up the room and saw my pinball's backglass (Getaway - Highspeed II). Appears moisture got between the glass and the paint in a few different areas. How can I dry it out? Any tricks?

Run it near a de humidifier? That would dry it out. Or, put it in the heater closet of your house with the heat running for a few minutes?

One thing to note - important - backglasses do not like drastic temp changes - so my latter idea may not be the best.

The dehumidifer may be the best one....

Doesnt High Speed II use a translite? If so, take the plastic channels off the glass and pull the translite away from the glass. Let it dry and clean the glass. Re-assemble.

I have been having this problem on a number of my (translight) pins.
No matter how many times i take it apart and wipe it down it sticks back to the glass almost right away.
There is no moisture, starting to think its a static problem.
Any ideas for translights that are real trouble?

Might be static. I know they make a plastic cleaner that is also a static preventer. Haven't tried it yet. I know you can get this at Lowes.

I did take it apart and managed to get rid of most of it, but you are correct. It's still there, just not as much.
