Dale so painting a cabinet black, and leaving it without the sideart is pimping it out??? I love this arcade, and without the sideart its not the the same. Just my opinion.
There are 3 nice working ones, with good side art in a local operators warehouse I think they are $300 each

I don't know......too loud I think. Pimpin' it out....needs some side graphics, or something to break it up. Really like the red though sets it off nice. Red dash would be a bit cooler.
Price is a ways higher than I have seen before on one.....ouch!

Hey Dale, you should attach some big ass rims to the sides of the cabinet, a huge exhaust pipe in the back, and some VTEC stickers all over the front. I bet you some rice-boy... err... I mean "car modification enthusiast" will pay big money for that.
What troubles me is how everyone paints over the original art. Personally, I'd rather have the original art even if it was scuffed up some or faded. IMHO black paint doesn't increase the value of a classic game, it makes it less collectible.
game its self is fun but the plain black cab ,yes it needs side art, the red monitor trim needs the road map sticker, the price oooooh dont go there he is a op he is in the business to make money, he will not sell it cheap, just my 2cts

Stu broke the bank I sold him a cheap game and got blasted so I will just stick to selling over priced games, I catch the same amount of shit and make more money

Your outrun looks nice, I just remember that game when it came out, and the sideart really made it for me. The one I have the sideart is not perfect, so I will prob get some from Mame marquees. I think yours would be sweet with new art
Put some sideart on it, you might not make as much on it, but many would be asking where did you get that cherry Outrun. Just my opinion.

yea don't be in rush to judge, i too have been told, for me to get top dollar for my Paper boy it needs side art ,as i have seen side art does give a game some value and now that i have my collection what i want, now i am going to start replacing side art and making my games better

I did not post the Out Run on here hoping to sell it I just thought it looked funny I was more making fun of my artistic side than anything. So lighten up. As for selling over priced stuff comment it was a joke. This was not a look at me post, it is no different than any other post on here. So I take it that you are mad I did not sell you a jamma cab complete for 50 bucks, sorry I just cannot do that, it is not me it is business. Why would I pay 50.00 for for a game and store it for months and then sell it for 50 bucks. That would not make much business sense. I run a successful arcade business and the way I do that is not by given games away for free. I think we sell a good product and most of my customers think the same thing. I post on here not as a retailer but as a guy who just loves these old arcade games and a guys who works hard to be around the things he loves. There is nothing wrong with that. A few of you guys get so bent out of shape over the smallest things. Sorry if I pissed you off, it was not my intention to make anyone mad.

As for selling me a game for $50 bucks, no one asked you to. But.............. the reason you have "hundreds" in your warehouse is because you ask too much. $100... maybe $150.(and yes , the one I was asking about you paid $50. bucks for, why do you think I asked about that particular one) but no, doubling your money or triple is not good enough for you.
