I picked up a "Arch Rivals" fully working for $175. Its a converted Ramage cabinet. It even came with the original Rampage manual and schematics tucked away in the backdoor pocket. Plus laying in the bottom, was the Arch Rivals manual and schematics. The cab is a little rough on the outside but somewhat clean on the inside. I am hoping that maybe I can mount a set of rampage boards in the cab with the Arch Rivals boards and put some kind of switch in there so I can switch back and forth between the two games. Of course I have to switch control panels. Lucky the parts are cheap for the two games. I am also going to find a dedicated control to replace the converted one.

This cab was bigger than the rest I have, and I even had to take my back door off the hinges to get it in the house, so I guess no Simpsons cab for me.

I know this game gets no love, but I liked this game back in the day, and I am happy to have this game now.

Thats a SWEET cab and that CP is awseome! (although QUITE large)
Any good deal gets much love in my book, especially if you have fond memories from playing it back in the day, IMHO thats what makes this hobby so great!

The CP is a Rampage CP. You can see the bolt where the third joystick was. The Overlay was a generic overlay for the kit, but in this case there wasn't much excess to cut off.

Already got a complete Rampage Control Panel from DJ_DNS.

What I will be looking for is a Arch Rivals Monitor Bezel from a Dedicated cab.
Already have a lead on a complete control panel from a dedicated Arch Rivals.

You may want to search the for sale section - didn't someone JUST have a rampage control panel for sale?

Check to see if your Arch Rivals has the Hometown Mod. Some of them had a mod where you can default name the home and away team as your own local hometown/rival town. Just a little extra fun.

nICE score I will be getting mine in about 2 weeks. I cant wait. I feel like man addicted to crack waiting to pick up lol. heres the pic of my game.

Sweet buy Tim!! Did this take over Bosconians spot? Speaking of taking doors off hinges, I almost tore mine off the hinges saturday trying to get a big ass Punchout down my steps. I am now retired for the next 4-5 months. I picked up 6 cabs this weekend and my body is killing me. I have softball size bruises up and down my forearms, and the Punchout fell on top of me twice trying to get it up the stairs at the pick ups house.

Looks like a Star Guards cab. Those had the blue line color scheme with the 3-slot multi-colored coin door. It wasn't very popular so it's possible it was a factory conversion to Rampage.

I am going to say you are right based on the tags in the cab. I was wondering what the "SG" stood for.

Punchout!!! cool. I want to play that. What other games did you get?

Yes the Arch Rivals took over where the Bosconian was.

Ah yeah I thought the same thing as well but take it from me the Rampage cabinet is a few inches wider than the Arch rivals. I originally bought an Arch Rivals cabinet to turn into a Rampage to my surprise the control panel I had was like 2 inches bigger than the cabinet.

So your saying if I locate the dedicated arch rivals bezel and control panel, they wont fit this cab?

That's what I noticed yeah I think in you picture the overlay is a few inches short on each side.

Take a look at the dedicated CPO's:

Friday I picked up a Time pilot 84 and Future spy, and on saturday I picked up punchout,Rastan,Contra, and a Neo geo converted cocktail. I tell you what, help me diagnose the problems I am having with both monitors on the punchout and you can come play it whenever I'm home lol
