I've noticed this for a while. When I have my cell phone with many of my arcade games get an intermittent static noise. I'm thinking this was all that was wrong with that Tapper game I had that I fought with for so long to fix. I just noticed it again on Defender, noticed it with Phoenix and with Mr. Do's Castle. And on my computer when I have the speakers on.

It's not constant but periodically they will start to make noise. But if I leave my phone in the house, all is well.

Anyone else experienced this? It's a Nextel i1 Android phone.

yeah I clearly hear it with my computer speakers and some of my games. most are ok. My phone is a blackberry and the service is different than yours so that might be why I get slightly different results but I'm aware of the effect of cell noise on games/ electronics.

mine does that(well it did before it fell out of my pocket into a tub of engine coolant the other day)

and i noticed it mostly right before recieving a text message.

I get that through alot of my electronic devices, computer, arcades, even a pinball now and again.

Usually if I have my phone sitting on my table it will make the computer speakers geek out even if the volume is off but they are still on. It starts about a second before the phone rings or a text message comes in. If the phone is sitting on an electronic pinball machine while it is on sometimes it makes the buzzing/screeching sound through the speakers on it.

Imagine what its doing to your brain while your speakers are buzzing and screeching away! :)
