Found this off of Craigslist up in Helena Montana. It was advertised as non working monitor bad. Thats like 335 miles away from me and I didn't want to drive that far (old crappy truck) so I talked the guy into meeting me halfway or so in the big metropolis of Dell Montana. Yup I had never heard of it either. He wanted $200 plus $100 to meet him in Dell but we reached a direct swap agreement for some stuff that I had that I probably had $250ish into. Anyways I have been wanting some kind of Pac game and this wasn't at the top of my list but it wasn't at the bottom either. There is a Super Pac-Man about 3 miles away from my place in a laundromat (also some nice pins) but the guy would not sell it. The weather was good and the drive wasn't to bad although I did have to stop every 100 miles and add a quart of oil. I did get 18MPG though so cant complain about that. Also seen a freaking huge Budweiser ad on some grain bins! It does play just fine blind and I did get the monitor to fire up once and it stayed on for a hour until I turned the machine off. I went to turn it on again after it was all warmed up and it stayed on and I played a game (its set to hard as I only got 100,000) but after letting it sit for a bit the monitor will not come on again. I am hoping a cap kit/flyback/HOT will fix it up. There is a burnt look to a resistor in one of the pics. I don't know anything about monitors really but can solder and have some electronics experience. Anyways here she is.

That machine looks pretty nice. The bezel is absolutely flawless. It is not very often that you see one that nice. My bezel is missing half of the artwork it has cracked so bad. The sideart looks great too!

Those "extra parts" are the top mounting brackets for the pcb and original power supply. The switching PS you have was added.

You are right that is where those parts go. Good call. On a side note I have been messing with the monitor and noticed that it was reading high voltage on R1 (white wire side about 145v and fluctuating). Anyways again the monitor came on and so I adjusted a few things and I noticed that the picture was way to bright so I kicked it down a notch and then adjusted the voltage to 120 volts and then the picture looked pretty darn good. I will let it sit for a while and then see if it will fire up again first try or not. Could this be a cold solder joint? Or does it sound like a faulty component? Any idea where I should look for a cold solder joint?

Are you talking about the big ceramic resistor on the monitor? Thats your B+ voltage. Let some of the monitor experts chime in here on what thats supposed to be, I dont have my notes with me here at work and my CRS disease requires me to refer to documentation on just about everything I do :)
That might be something you should post a seperate thread about in the monitor section. You should get an answer real fast. Mr Layton is the local monitor Guru so take his advice to heart. Either way your probably going to want a cap kit on that thing to freshen it up. Since its a GO7 you should spring for a new flyback and width coil too.

Might be a repro two-bits bezel. I have one in mine. Your right though, the super pac bezels seem to flake if you look at them wrong.

I happen to have a new kick plate you could purchase if you want it... I picked it up for a cab I ended up selling without replacing the kickplate.

PM me if you're interested.

Recapped it and she works!!!

Installed a new cap kit (thanks Bob Roberts) and a new width coil and now she is working just fine. One of the caps looked like it had been sucked into a different dimension (almost no sign of it on the board!) or it blew up and that must have been the main problem. I think it was a 400 series cap but I forget the exact one. Anyways the picture looks great now just have to adjust it slightly but its not even off that much. I also installed a new rubber centering thing for the joystick and some new locks for the back panel and also the coin panel as they had been drilled and that didn't look to well ect. I cleaned he up a bit more and she is looking and working great now. Thanks for all the suggestions guys!
