My new game room?

Well, WE JUST SIGNED THE COUNTER OFFER!!! Looks like it's ours!!! They countered at $10k over our offer (which was still WAYYY less than their asking price), and that price was exactly where we hoped to end up. Tonight we celebrate! Move in date is 10/23!

Congrats man. That is one AWESOME arcade space and and looks nice too.

Thanks everyone! Yeah, it's got a big yard - 0.37 acres. Small by Josie's standards but pretty big for around Portland. Huge backyard, and very private with mature trees all around the perimeter. The house of course is awesome too. Big, lots of rooms, nicer than our current house, and on a culdesac.

The wife was NOT impressed when she first saw it online but of course with that outbuilding I insisted. And we fell in love with it when we saw it. Much better fit than all the other houses we've seen. Here's a pic of the house since you're asking, Josie. It's hard to tell from the pic, but normally you'd see a fence in front of the outbuilding. It's open in the pic.

We're making an offer on a house today. Here's what will become the game room. A pool table will go into the upper level and arcade games in the lower level. I'll probably enclose the carport but that will be shop/car space.
