OK, I picked up a tired Ms. Pacman missing monitor chassis and sides painted black. I decided to convert it to a 60in1....also added my own touches like cut down upright front artwork. A fellow KLOVer provided the front control panel artwork file which I had a local print shop create a proper size decal. I am using a 15" LCD Flat Panel computer monitor...I like the way it turned out.

Looks great.
Who did you use to print the artwork?
I'm been looking for a local place to print a CPO decal.

I used Kinkos (owned by fedex) and it cost $15. The colors are not perfect but they are close and look better than the scratched up original paint. It works for this project but probably lacking for an all out restoration of a Ms. Pacman mini. I believe the quality from Kinkos is just not as good as others.....there is also a gloss film over the decal which changes the "tone" of the colors. Finding a better printer would help.

Looks great, Garry.

I tried to get Kinko's to do some art like that and they said I needed to get a form signed by the owner of the Pacman license. I guess it just depends on who happens to be working at the time.

Protip: Go in there in the middle of the night, the overnight staff usually don't care what's getting scanned/printed. Still need to get out to the one near me that has the big scanner to get my street fighter art dealt with.

Maybe it's the angles or light or something, but the photos look like a whole lot of mismatched pinks and it's just throwing me off. The end result looks like it'll be a fun 60-1 tho, and it's a hell of a long way from what you had to start with, so well done.

I think that looks great also. Can you share the image for the front resized artwork? I would like to add that to my Ms. Pac caberat. I might just add some custm front art to some of my other cabs. I really don't like the looks of the games with just the black fronts.

A fellow KLOVer provided the file...."COPIUS". You can PM his for it and I have sent him a note asking if he does not mind me sharing the file. I do not think he would mind but I do owe him the courtesy of getting permission. Garry

The cutdown front decal looks surprisingly good on a mini cabinet. Looks pretty good cosmetically. I don't care for using LCDs in arcade games though.

Wow, that looks great. Even though I'm not into the xxx-in-1 multigames... I wouldn't kick it out of the gameroom. :)

Great job! :beerchug:

Thanks for the thumbs up....hope it will give someone else some ideas for their project. Garry
