So you may have seen my post about the Gaplus in great shape I just recently picked up, but it had a destroyed marquee.

Well I was able to get a scan of a Gaplus Marquee, but it was not square, and had flaws, smudged, and the colors were off. After spending a good amount rebuilding most the artwork I was able to print it off a large format Epson printer at work.
It took 3 prints to get it perfect, the first the ink levels were not right for the plasticized paper, and the second was smudged when the printer cut the paper and it fell in the basket before the ink dried. The final print I set the printer not to cut the ink and it was perfect. I found that even after a day the ink would still smudge, so I decided to take one of the imperfect prints and paint it with Krylon Triple Thick clear coat. I didn't know if it would cause the ink to bleed, but fortunately it didn't.

Here is the final perfect one, which I have yet to install (waiting for the paint to cure a few days first:
