My Lunar Lander G05-801 has jittery/shaking video; where should I look?

Recently my Atari Lunar Lander (with a G05-801) has started to jitter or shake a bit. I made a quick video where you can see the text at the top is kind of jumping/shaking around. Any suggestions on where I should start looking? I've search a few other posts that describe waviness but I'm not sure if that description is what I'm seeing. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Looks like the rectifier diode connections could use cleaned. Or possibly it's going bad.
