My latest Craigslist experience

Hi, I'm interested in the Super Punch Out game. I work on these as a hobby and would like to come take a look. I have a truck, can move them on my own and have cash. Please let me know when would be a good time for you.

Thanks

I agree. Has worked well for me also. I got the idea from someone here. So, thanks, if it was you.

when i sell a game for 200 or less, i usually never answer any emails hounding for details. Its $200, and for that, someone will give it to you sight unseen. The only people that will spend their time emailing and calling someone who is "interested" is someone who is trying to squeeze $$, not the guy that just wants the game gone.

What you guys fail to realize here, is this. He may have asked questions about condition etc.

I asked WHERE and WHEN. And couldn't get a response. I stated I had an interest and in Super PunchOut he said it was sold but would hold it for me if it dind't sell, I said Id take it but also would like the Ms Pacman and have a friend who might want the TRON.

What you guys are suggesting is what I did and couldnt' get a response. I am thinking it was Bullshit at this point.

I feel your pain man trust me been there done that with many craigslist sales like someone here posted it's a hit or miss and sometimes alot of luck example a budweiser tapper recently for sale in my area for $50 bucks sent 2 emails didn't here jack shit from the seller next thing you hear someone from Klov gets it you deal with it and move on there will be many more deals just have to be patient sometimes and of course have some luck come your way, someday your day will come. But yes it's frustrating

Nah I'm good with it actually if I had done it I would be suffering from buyer's remorse in about a week anyways.

Everyone keeps saying you don't ask questions just get in the door and see it etc. I don't think that was the case here, I think this was a guy fucking around.

Exactly! This has happened to me several times. Very frustrating. You don't know if your emails are getting through. I'm at the point that if they don't list a phone number to call, I'm hesitant to even try an email.
