I picked this up the yesterday for 100 bucks. Its in excellent condition and all complete but not working. The guy said it quit working a couple years ago and he never messed with it. So far it appears that all thats wrong is the MPU board. It had some acid damage that I repaired and one of the roms had leg rot. I hope to have it up and running in the next day or so.

But....but...but....only a fool thinks arcade games are only 100-300 dollars. ;)

I am sure Frizz is laughing his butt off picking up his $800 dollar haul.

Let me know how the gameplay is on that pin. I can snag one here for $150...looks nice, and powers up. Needs rubber bad though.

Don't want another lame pin around.

I actually have another one of these I got for free but it was missing all of its boards when I got it. I aquired a few of the boards and some displays but never got all the boards for it. If you have ever priced boards for these pins you will know what a great deal $100 is for this.
Never actually played one of these but reading up on it...ranks pretty high on gameplay for most people. Its similar to baby pac, has a light matrix you control with the flippers to earn points. It also talks to you...that part of the game is working :) I think I hit the sqwalk & talk reset a couple dozen times just to listen to it talk.
Tomorrow I will be replacing header pins and connectors for the MPU board and see where that gets me. Im going to rejump the board for 2732 roms and burn some new roms since I cant seem to find the 2532 files anywhere. All acid damage is repaired and all sockets have been replaced with new DW's.

Wish I could get one of thoese deals, played that when I was much younger when being a arcade junkie was acceptable by my peers.now im the peer and its ok!

ehh, i hear ya. i've gotten sweet deals now and again, but it seems like the key's all on the timing. some of the guys around here go nuts keeping tabs on CL, and i guess that's the key. i'm sure for every one of those i do see there are 5 or 10 i don't.

Funny,
Ive never seen one of these before - until I got mine for $150. Now I see people getting them all over the place.I guess its like when you get or are getting a new car - all the sudden you see a ton of em'. Mine had a bad mpu, SDB, and a shorted knocker. Yah, it adds up quick. But mine works awesome now and its very enjoyable to play.

There is one of these at a vending business by me. It is packed in with all sorts of other crap that hasn't been moved in years. Everything looks pretty good except the backglass has some serious flaking.

Left my number a few times and even talked to the owner once and he said he would call me. Still just sitting there.

Nice score.

A friend of mine sent me the link for it. I was surprised, it had been listed for about a week when I called. I was expecting it to be long gone. I had to drive 3 hr round trip to get it but it was worth it.
There's no flaking on either of the backglass's, which is uncommon for this machine.

I have one. It is my only pin, but I like it alot. No multiball but it does talk, and it has 3 flippers and a couple of ramps, skill shot too. Lots of options for setting up gameplay also.

One thing for sure, chicks like pins. Last party I had they were on it, 40 credits were gone in no time.
