Finally got a working CPU/RAM board and power supply board put in and all appears good. I've had it for a number of years, nice to see it finally working. Full set of pics, including a movie with sound of it working can be found here:

I have a potential sale (which is what got me to get it going). If it falls through, I'll offer it up to the group.

So wait- while broken you kept it for years, now working you're selling??? I think i missed something LOL

Yep, just like they guys who live in torn apart houses for years. Hole in the wall here, un trimmed door there, no floor over here. Then they finally put it all back together the week before they put it on the market. :)

Absolutely guilty as charged. I've thought of that many times that the best cleaning my games ever get is when they are being put up for sale. In this case, I got the Joust cocktail on a good deal, too good to pass up, even though I never really cared for the game or had the space for a cocktail. So it sat unused and basically even untested for a long time.

I love the Joust Cocktails, one of my favorites along with Warlords.

Wish I had the space and $ for this one, but pinball has taken all of my spare space! (er, and then some) :)

Good luck with your sale!

Tell us what you're selling it for so we can bitch about whether it's too low or not. I wouldn't part with mine for $1000...

even if the market is crappy, u can still get a good trade for it.
i've only had my hands on two since i started collecting in 98'....
i traded the first one off for a reactor with no regrets! the second one i found was only 15 mi from home.

That's funny. I didn't even find 1/2 one near my house.

--btw: Great looking game, great price.

Boy, that makes me feel special. I have two sitting my garage right now....

One of those would have been my 2nd if Noice hadn't jumped in Austin, traded it to shatter, traded it back and forth a few times, and finally ended up at your house. Already had someone making the deal for me when Noice showed up to get something else and grabbed this at the same time...

Ah, Noice, one day he is grabbing games out from under you, the next day inexplicably leaving you entire working Arch Rivals machines when it was supposed to be an empty Defender cabinet.

If we are going to play that game, there would be 3 in my garageright now if the jerkwad on CL hadn't sold the second one out from under me for $10 more the night before I could get there. That was the one with most of the art even if it didn't power up. I got stuck with the bad JAMMA conversion and the dead LifeForce board in it.... :(

Wow, Mongo used to have a Life Force conversion one as well.

I threw a 19 and 1 horizontal multicade board into it just for grins. For the Houston arcade show I put a Magical Tetris Adventure game in it.
