NEW My humble arcade basement

Killer Instinct --- Nice. That was my first game and still my favorite in my basement.

Great work! I had mine setup in the basement and have since moved. Now Im working on another larger space but its taking longer than I wanted. Videos like these get me pumped to start priming again!

I wish mine looked half as good as yours.
...oh wait, I don't even have a finished basement.

Dude, that's a pretty sweet basement with a nice assortment of titles.

Looks killer man. I currently have my few machines in my non ventilated garage but I hope to have a nice room for them soon. Quick question, What was your first machine and what is your favorite?

Nothing to be humble about, that space rocks. Solid G1 collection as well.

You ran some pretty serious power to all that as well.

Im inspired.. and your arcade is up there with the best of them.

Doesnt having the hot water heater so close to the games concern you? I am looking to do something similar, but I am concerned that when my hot water heater goes (which they all do) that it floods the basement and ruins whatever games are down there.

Meh...anything can happen. The sump pump and backup can fail, a tree could fall on the garage, lightning can strike the house...

Games go where the space is.

Thanks everyone, I appreciate it :)

My first game was the mame machine with the Street Fighter 2 on it, but my first dedicated machine was Raiden 2 and the Megatouch Maxx. My favorite machine would be Donkey Kong, Millipede and Hydro Thunder (I've gotten Millipede and Hydro a few weeks ago).

Yes I have five fifteen amps throughout the basement and thanks for the support :)

I never even thought about it that way and the water tank is pretty new.

You right racer x, anything could happen but glad it hasn't though... although I had some water come in my basement before during a very heavy rain storm. Nothing got damage at all.
