I just finished my project of adding Silverstrike bowling to my home use Golden Tee 2005 cab. I made my GT HU about a year ago, made my own control panel with a seperate CPU cab. The GT is using a Averkey converter to run S-Video, and a low level audio converter for a/v to the LCD tv. Adding on the Silverstrike, I put the i/o board and key board in my GT cab and then just set the nighthawk next to it. For video on the Silverstrike I am using a VGA to HDMI converter, the audio is run by a RCA to 1/8 stereo cable and plugs right into the HDMI converter also. I used a splitter to run the trackball to both, there are potential issues with the 5v (white or red wire depending on trackball harness). With the GT on first the key board and some leds on the i/o board will be lit, and the nighthawk will not turn on under that condition. I simply removed the 5v trackball wire from the GT board, so only the silverstrike is powering the trackball. Another way would have been to use diodes on both wires. I was going to use a switcher, but tried splicing all the buttons to both boards. Fortunately there is no interference, no switcher or diodes are needed for the button inputs. So to switch games it is a matter of changing channels on the tv. Starting one game is simultaniously starting a game on the other, but it is a simple matter of using the player quit on the start button menu when you switch games. I am very happy with how this project turned out, both games look great on the 42" LCD.
