My Game Trip: Quakertown, PA to Syracuse, NY and Back!

460 miles round trip. 500 total if you include picking up and dropping off the trailer.

6 games. 1,240 pound trailer, approximately 2,890 pounds total tow weight.

Got to check out joseph77's impressive collection.

Still to-do: run the Gyruss and BurgerTime (and empty Joust) to NJ for Malice95!

It is an awesome truck. (For anyone not "in the know", I borrowed SilverUnicorn's truck for the trip. We were guessing that my little truck couldn't handle the load.)

You guys rock!

I gotta say EagleTG and SilverUnicorn are Top Notch guys!
Looks like that uhaul trailer worked out well. Now I REALLY
cant wait to get the games! Dam pictures:)

I was planning on turning it into a multi-williams
Depending on the condition of the cabinet and the side art
I might keep the joust theme and just change the control
panel. I'll let you know tomorrow night when it gets to my house.

I will second that. It was great to deal with all three of you guys. I miss that dam Burgertime already. Seeing it in these pictures is just not right!

Whats the plan on the Shinobi? Back to Defender or staying what it is?

Plan? You mean to say that some people actually PLAN this hobby?

For now, I'm going to play some Shinobi. LOL. Not sure if it will ever become a defender again, or if it's destined for other things. I also have a bunch of other System-16 game boards, so I can play them without the adapter that I built... or something.

What is this "plan" that TOK speaks of?

I have never known Todd to have a plan :p

But the trip worked out pretty well :) So he must be able to plan something, LOL!!!

Well the final leg of the journey occured tonight. Burgertime (our BBQ game) ,
Gyruss, and an empty joust cab made it to my house tonight.
Gyruss is in A condition.. REALLY NICE shape. Burger time is a B+
and everything plays great.

I told the wife I am going to move some cabinets into my basement
so I got a temporary reprieve from the no games in the living area
rule. I moved the 4 games that needed little to no renovation into
the living room until I can get them down the basement steps this
weekend. Gyruss, Burgertime, Gorf, and Star Trek. That free'd up a
bunch of space in the garage so I can actually walk around.

Thanks Again to Joseph77, Silver Unicorn, and, EagleTG who made this
multistate/multigame move possible. I look forward to our next deal together:)

Nice! Games in the living room! That Gyruss almost got "lost" LOL. It was the nicest I had ever seen. Glad it worked out for all involved. Todd did all the hard work, I really didn't do anything, which I am sure Todd will say is par for the course :)
