I posted awhile back that a production company borrowed my Galaxian for a movie made here in Detroit. I guess the director/writer wanted that specific game for some reason, and my name was thrown out. I was only halfway through it's restoration, but they said the "beat-up/worn" quality was perfect. They borrowed it for about a month. Well I guess it's out now, but i'm kinda bummed to see that it's not a wide-release movie. Only a couple select theaters & available through "ON-DEMAND" through my cable. Oh well. Still pretty cool to have my game immortalized on film I guess. I haven't seen the movie yet, but this trailer shows my game in the background at the 1:25 mark. There should be more shots of my game in the movie, because supposedly, a large part of the movie takes place in a bar.

Trailer looks pretty good. So cool to have the KLOV link. Will be looking for your game when I watch it.

I'm ready for my close up Mr. DeMille!

How cool!

I've seen that preview on Dish Network and would actually like to see that movie.

That plane crashing in the background really caught my attention the first time I saw it.

I noticed Galaxian in the background too.

How cool that it belongs to a KLOVer!

Kinda reminds me of the Left Behind movie, with some Darkness Falls thrown in.

A guy came and filmed my Space Invaders as part of a scene during a road trip from Texas to California by a bunch of guys on a bus. However, seeing the trailer for this "film", I don't see how it could have fit the movie, and it probably got edited out. As the movie isn't available to watch online, I can't fast forward through it to see. Here's the trailer. The director is the guy playing drums:

Cool.

I had a bunch of my games appear in Percy Jackson and the Olympians. In the arcade.
