Earlier in the year I traded a game but had not bought a game this year. I went to the Dallas Super Auctions hoping to see nothing I wanted.

I spoted a Super Mini. It doesn't appear to be a dedicated Moppet. It has wood grain sides. The top was not attached. No coin door, Monitor, Marquee, Bezel or CP (Not one that fit anyway). It hads a harness but no power supply. There was a Blue Print Mini CP in the cabinet. It looks decent. I bid 10 but they wanted 25 so I bid 25 and got it for that. I should have held my ground at 10.

The last row of games had 3 games I liked. A NWing Super Pac, Tron and Congo Bongo. I got the Congo Bongo. The marquee lights up. I couldn;t coin it up to see if it plays blind. I have a working PCB incase that one doesn't work. I got it for 50.

With auction fees it was 91.74 I cashed in some cans and junk tokens and got 75 bucks so I only had to pull 20 from the bank. They now have a deal if you pay with cash you only pay 13% buyers Premium.

I had to go to the men's room. I go in and there is some guy and a kid (maybe 5). Not sure he was the father or not. The kid says something about I washed my hands. I went into a stall and the kid follows me. I finally get him out and go back in and shut the door quickly and lock it. He goes to the next stall over and says whatcha doing in there. he then gets on the floor and craws over to wear I am at. I have to pull my shprts up so I am not exposing some little kid. As I leave the stall the guy is laughing. I leave and have to come back later.

Then later as I was showing the guy at the door my paper for the games I bought some guy almost ran me over with a pinball. He just barely hit my ankle as someone else saw me about to get creamed. And all he said was you shouldn't be standing there. I was pissed off he didn't apologize.

The guy said that???? Oh geez...that would have set me off. Ask Gutsman004, I nearly got into a road rage thing with another guy right before we got to the auction site.

That same little kid showed up between the games that were back to back when Gutsman and I were back there looking at a game trying to figure out what it originally was. That little guy was everywhere LOL.

That bathroom is NOT the cleanest I've seen. It gets worse when you eat the BBQ that is normally there. I can't believe the father let him crawl on that floor.

WELL if the guy had apologized for almost running you over, he couldn't have continued to be a self-centered fucking prick and a complete discredit to the hobby, you see.

Too funny! The other guy in there was me and I am definitely NOT his father ;) I was in the process of leaving for the same reason as you. I was trying to use the urinal and he kept coming over and trying to flush it while I was trying to use it so I stopped that pretty quick and was trying to wash up and get the heck out.

It looks like its Nevus's kid though ( see the pic here) :

Next time less attention on Omega Race and more on your kid ;)

I have a four year old boy and couldn't ever take him in public. That's my advise. :)

Seriously though, mine will go in a stall and lock it and then not come out, he wont crawl on the floor but may force me to, hence, no public appearances without his mother...

When my kids were that age (they're 12 and 13 now) they knew better than to run around causing a ruckus. I'm old school with a heavy hand :) .

Why would anybody let their 4-5 year old kid run around in a public restroom? Scary.

And I thought it was bad when he pulled the fire extinguisher off of the wall and started playing with it. It was a good thing he was not able to pull the pin, but it was not for a lack of trying. Then he moved on to playing with the overhead door chains.

I'm glad I didn't need to use the restroom....
