Pretty excited. After two flights of stairs, a twenty minute drive and about 200 ft. of flat ground, got my HUO, 20th Reunion Ms. Pac-man / Galaga cocktail in its new home.

Paid $400 for it. Pretty fair price I think. ;)

I think it's larger than 19" on these monitors correct?
I love the reunion machines and they usually net more than 1K still.

Nice score...

The guy didn't really know anything about the game. He ran a chain pizza parlor, and when the chain closed, they gave him this game as a parting gift. It was in the store for all of 3-4 months, then it has sat in his basement, essentially unused since then.

He's taking his family on vacation to disney world in the next couple weeks and wanted a little extra cash.

It popped up on my craigslist feed last night with a 'make me an offer' price and I immediately emailed him. Told him I could only afford to give $400 for it, but that I could provide a speedy, friendly pickup and a loving home. He replied with 'when can you pick it up.'

:)

Although you can change the speed internally, there's also a code to toggle between normal/turbo speed, left right left right up up up fire. Handy for playing those games on location when you want to play fast or slow and the machine is set up opposite to what you want :) This code also toggles rapid/normal fire on Galaga.

That was one downside.... the guy didn't have the keys. I figured for $400 I could figure something out.

Any suggestions on that?

Oh no keys? You're gonna have to return it. Or you could just sell it to me because I'm a nice guy like that.

Just playing, I would love to have one of those especially at that price.

Drill. That's what the rest of us usually do. Or you could try to pick it.

Figured that would be the answer... just didn't know if there was another less destructive way.

Drilling out the lock won't do the game any harm and you can replace the lock cheaply. I just got into a Popeye I got and it had $5.00 in quarters in it. Got a Donkey Kong from the same guy I haven't got into yet...hoping for big money there.
