got a cheapo digital camcorder, recorded my cnc cutting out Quantum game bottom and game side..

I am running at 4 inches a second, 1/4" compression bit, and cutting in .405 depth increments.

link fixed lol also, you can see how much melamine i waste on these, the other side wastes almost as much white melamine too. I save the big scrap piece, i'll make something out of it someday!

yes, but out of black melamine.

the breakdown is -

sheet 1 white melamine - game side, game bottom
sheet 2 white melamine - game side, coin panel, 2 pcs that fit between lower marquee panel, game top.
sheet 3 3/4 birch plywood - Monitor mount, control panel side brace/lower bezel retainer holder, all interior blocking, pcb mounting assemblies
sheet 4 black melamine - all other game parts - CP mount, lower marquee panel, game top, upper game rear, back door, lower panel, lower angled panel
sheet 5 1/2 plywood panel behind marquee, slide in speaker/light assembly, vent blocking inside covers (tablesaw cut)

i have about 18K in my setup, with extra goodies. Dust collection system, vacuum hold down, and 2HP spindle cutter
