My Centipede is currently playing in 3D...Help!

So, my new Centipede is currently playing in 3D (at least, it looks like it due to the colors not lining up correctly), and with my limited monitor knowledge, I have no clue what to do. I might be going out on a limb here, but does this have something to do with convergence? Please help.
 
Probably, but it could be a shadowing effect due to improper grounding, or even bleeding from misadjusted colors. You'd have to post a pic for us to be sure...
 
I tried many of times to try and get good photos of the problem, but this is all I could come up with:

Yep, that's your red convergence off bad, and maybe your blue a little.

What monitor is it? The manual usually has good convergence instructions in it...
 
Not only is it obviously an old ms pac but it's upside down as well. Did it come out of a cocktail maybe?

Centipede monitors mount in with the chassis to the right, while Ms. Pac monitors mount in with the chassis to the left...
