If you're addicted to projects, but don't want to spend money, yyou can always come on over and work on mine.
Heh. I'm not addicted to fixing them, I'm addicted to buying them because they're cheap at least three or four times a year and fixing them at about a rate of one per year. I'm STILL sitting on that Pengo cocktail. I put in a JAMMA adapter, pulled the CPO off one side to replace it, and that's it. And that was about a year ago.
I made an offer on that one as well. They never answered back. What did you pay for it? I'm sure this was the one in Lake Elsinore.
Yup. This was the one. Not nearly as "flawless" as he described. The side art isn't faded, but it's definitely got the typical scars from moving it around and stuff. Nothing too bad, though. No tears, just gouges and scratches. I'll snap more pics when I get a chance. I don't know if the seller cares if I post the price, but I got it for less than his asking price, but probably more than you offered.
Its regional. Westminster is not at all related to Tuscon....
A cockpit popped up in Westwood (near UCLA) yesterday afternoon. At first I thought it was legit, but the fact that the ad is STILL up now makes me think it's a joke. Did you email on this one, Tom?

We have a very large and heavy arcade game based on the STAR WARS movies. You sit inside the game. This has been in our garage for more than 10 years. It was covered during that time so it's fairly clean and looks to be in good condition on the outside.
We plugged it in yesterday and we can hear music and talking but the picture is not on.
Our camera is broken, so we cannot provide pictures, but you are welcome to come look at it.
