I have a 60-n-1 board installed in a ms pac cab with all new jamma wiring and switcher. It plays fine but occasionally it resets. When something puts a draw on the residential electrical system (ie furnace, freezer, ect.) it resets. The 200amp residential electrical system is about 5 yrs old. Is this pcb that sensitive because nothing else in the house has any issues (computers, TV, ect.). Is there a way to solve this? The machine is plugged directly into the grounded wall outlet with two other arcades and a couple of pins on the same circuit. I have not tried moving it to another circuit away from the other machines but will do that as a last resort because of the location of the next circuit.

Reset

Check your +5v. It could be borderline where you have it set. if it drops just a little it could be low enough to cause it to reset.

5v rail should be between 4.75v and 5.25v. the closer it is to 4.75 the more likely to have an issue if the voltage drops.

if you have some caps lying around, try adding a large value cap to the DC supply rail(s) say 4700uf-10000 uf which should even out any short duration dropouts

it could also be sensitive to voltage/current spikes
try putting a line filter and varisters on the mains power supply (internally, or a suitable power board with them installed)

It has a switcher in it.......

Power

.....and yet it still resets....

Just seems like a lot of shotgunning when he/you do not know what the 5v is. A good idea would be to put a meter on it and see what is happening to the voltage when it resets. Esp since there is not an issue with the other games on the same circuit. Just sayin...

Checked the voltage and it was at 4.9v so turned it up to 5.25v. It has not reset yet but will let it run all day and see if it resets. Crossed fingers for an easy fix. When i installed the switcher I set the voltage to 5.0v but it must have drifted 0.1v. Will update if it begins to reset again.

An easy fix. Some boards are real sensitive to voltage drops. 60-1s are not one of them.

Are you serious? I fried a Raiden Fighters Jet PCB at 5.10v.
