Today I drove out to League City to pick up a SEGA board. Was really hoping to connect with another arcade collector in the area, but he turned out to be a little creepy as he always gave me and my buddy a bug eyed stare and didn't speak much.
Anyways about the so called haul, nothing really big. I just picked me up a Super Hang On pcb, working supposedly, from a salvaged cabinet. Or to be exact, a brutalized cabinet. Only thing left of this upright was the tall pedestal, coin door was missing, nothing left of the plastic top with monitor or bracket, inside all the wires were cut to hell, and the cabinet didn't seem to have faired well either. Dunno what this guy did to it, if it was him, but all that was left was the boardset with filter board. Was hoping at least for the control panel.............
Was wondering if someone may know if there has been any JAMMA adapters made for a wiring harness for this thing, or if anybody has a few parts lying around like that? Would love to test this thing and see how it fairs, certainly glad it's standard resolution as opposed to the rest of my SEGA collection.
Guess it needs a power amp to....................I'll see what I can drive up in the WTB section
