Finally placed my 1st order with Arcadeshop this week. I needed some offset t moulding for a Centuri project I was working on, and after searching the forums decided that was the best place to find it. I called around 2 in the afternoon and placed my order, gave her my debit card number, and forgot about it. Around 10 the next morning, UPS is sitting in my driveway with my box of T Moulding!!

Bravo! Ive never recieved anything from anybody that fast. I actually had the moulding in my hand before the debit charge was withdrawn from my account

i was in need of a multicade ms pac cp and tried for 3 days to contact arcade shop
with no luck a always got a anwsering machine (at least 3 calls a day at diffrent times)
so i ended up just fabing my own and now have done so on 3 pac cabs and they look just like the original

they lost my biz by not picking up the phone and really the only thing id ever order is the pre made cp's i get my molding from the source
and stick with groovy game gear adn lizard lick for all my joystick and button needs

not saying they dont have a good product
but i dont like ordering from the net unless i have to and if a company cant anwser the phone when i need to make an order its just north my time to keep trying

I've ordered from them HUNDREDS of times.... didnt even know they HAD an answering machine - what time were you calling?

Called around 10 am central then 12 then 2
then tried around 5 the next day and the same the next
tried on a Monday Tuesday and then Thursday
I really needed the cp but it was kinda frustating trying to ge ahold of them I gave up

I called about 6 the other day, and they picked up the phone after about 25 rings. They've always answered when I've called, I think they forward to a cell after hours.

I ordered some of the offset tmold from them a couple of years ago and the offset was not exactly correct for a Track and field. Gyruss and many others are the same as well. How does it fit? Does one edge still hang over?

I have never got a voicemail from them either. I have ordered several, several times and they always pick up and at least pick up and put me on hold eventualy. Love the hold music. LOL

I've always got a live person, too.....and I've done tons of orders with them over the years.

On a side note: the off-set t-molding they sell is for Centuri cabinets a la Vanguard, Phoenix, Time Pilot, etc.

Just got the off set tmolding from there for my Vanguard. Not as shiny as the original and it hangs over one edge a bit. Track and Field / Hyper Sports is cut down the center/no offset.

All 3 of my Centuri machines have some degree of over hang...guess that's the way they made them???

My Track & Field has offset t-molding.

Hello 6 months ago. All the upright Track and field cabs I have use the offset Tmold. Including the one I am holding for you.

I have called them a couple of times on different days and gave up after about 20 rings. That being said, on the days that they did answer the phone, I placed orders and received them very quickly.

I would likely order so much more from them if they had a website with online ordering.

I have ordered 10 times or so. And I must say, I love the product but the service is a little slow. Whether it's 2-3 days to get an email answered, or them not sending directions for something after I had specifically asked for it.

I would order from them tomorrow, and will definitely continue to. I would like to be able to order online though.

I ordered a Multi-Williams CP from them last year for my Joust... they sent me the narrow one instead of the wide one (the receipt said the correct wide one that I ordered). They ended up sending me the correct one, but I had to pay to ship the wrong one back... I was a little annoyed, but not enough to fight about it.

Other than that, I've had good luck with them. Never had any problem getting anyone to answer the phone.

I'm pretty sure Stephen at Arcadeshop has his wife or himself answering the phone and that is it..so its not like this is some large company with tons of operators..you have to understand sometimes you might catch them away from phone...although usually they do have call forwarding too from my experience...Arcadeshop is one of the better suppliers..reliable and never had any issues that Stephen didn't take care of for me.
