My 150$ pickup....

Hey Landon... I don't know if this has been brought up in another thread or not...

But...

Why exactly are you using a furry type character as your current avatar???:eek::confused:

Oh, and, sweet score!

Because I can :p.

Black Tiger is the shizzle. Get that bad boy working and you will have a fun game to play, and play again. You can Turn Dragon into Tiger with a simple ROM swap.

[hint: at the start, turn left and shoot the wall.]

I may or may not change it, I have a thing for different region games. Hmm left wall...

You've been around long enough that you should have been able to recognize a Defender cab. Besides, Black Tiger didn't have a dedicated cab so it had to be a conversion from something.

I knew black tiger was a conversion kit, I didn't really know what a defender looked like as I've never seen one, or paid much attention to pictures of it. It is a fun game though.

I have an idea, well I've already starting doing this idea actually so its more of "I have done something".

I'm going to MAME the bartop, keep the board, use the monitor for a jamma test bench, remove my current mame cab(Generic conversion cab, empty atm except for controls) and ditch it to the dump(Keep controls), move a better cab in its place such as my newly aquired black dragon which is begging to get out of the shed and be fixed.

Why go though the trouble of making a jamma test bench? Don't you have a cabinet already that wired for jamma?

I have a Neo Geo MVS cab wired for jamma, but having a test monitor by were I do my soldering etc is alot easier.
