MUST HAVE SCANNER for arcade artwork!!

I remember the first (affordable) scanners to be hand scanners and they sucked in every way possible but it looks like technology improved a lot.

I like that it is wireless.

So far the HP "see-through" scanners seem to have been the weapon of choice for scanning large (side) arts. I wonder if this one can cope doing an entire side top to bottom and then stitch.....

We will find out soon enough when I do my 6 player X-men cab side art and control panel. Even though I already have the graphics on file, I just want to try the scanner on that big ass cabinet.

Nice man... That looks like it works awesome... I need to get one of those.. I have a flatbed see through scanner right now that I use....

Not saying those in that link are bad.. just make sure its the same one so you know it will do long scans and or stitching... and comes with the software for the stitching. The model is Pandigital S8X1102 and the software is pagemanager 9. Also watch out for low DPI models..

Glad you like it. Some of my patents are used in those devices. :)

Looks about the same. Only difference I see is mine will do 1200 dpi and yours 600 max. But really who scans over 600 anyway? lol And I would think as long as you get the pagemanager software you should be able to stitch. Make sure to let everyone know how well it works.

Will do! Gonna try this on my WWF Wrestlemania and maybe MK3.

this gives the ladies wood!

I'm guessing this item doesn't have a light in it tho, so what happens if your scanning in not so ideal lighting? in my case the only place in my house that has decent lighting for doing a scan without a lighted scanner is outside >.<
