Multiple Playchoie-10 PCB on one LED timer

I plan to hook up 3 Playchoice-10 single monitor PCBs on a 6-in-1 Jamma Switcher. One problem is that if I want the LED timer to display for all PCBs, the jamma switcher is not enough. So I thought of making a circuit based on the 6-in-1 Kick harness mod. I can't find more info on the LED pcb so I might be wrong here.

Only one board is powered at a time. I assume GND doesn't need a diode right? Let me know what you think. BTW, PC10 has two edge connections, I disgarded the one not necessary for this circuit.

Allright so, I know it's been a while but I'm back on it. I'm now adding a 4th pc10 pcb. Here's an update. Let me know if you see anything wrong with this.

If momentarily two boards are on at the same time, could it cause any issue?

Based on the opinion of someone else about the resistors, I put those like this... But what are they actually doing and is that even right?

Those resistors look like they are acting as pull-down resistors to keep the signals low while you are switching motherboards. I'm not sure how your setup is done though, but I am going to assume that when you switch motherboards, there will be a short period of time when no motherboard is being powered. This will cause the lines going to the display to be in a high-impedance state. The pull-down resistors will keep the lines logically 0 (low) so those '541s don't output anything to the display during that short period of time.

The only thing I don't understand about those diodes is what you are trying to do with them, why is the negative side connected to the 5v line?

If the motherboards both output power at the same time for a brief period, it shouldn't harm it. I would still try and prevent that from happening though.
